Yey! I achieved it. my 5 cents was not used at all.. hehe. The date started off with a rush. Internet booking failed. Not sure why. Tried so many times and it kept gaving me a NULL.
We decided to buy there instead. Surprisingly not much people at downtown east, though it's Saturday. I assumed there must be human-jam at Orchard then.. Saturday mah!
Ah Bee treated me to BBQ Chicken. Have not eaten since morning. I was not really familiar of the menu except that all are chickens... Chicken this.. Chicken that.. So when I read the description, I ordered Original Chicken since it is Chef's recommendation. But when the food arrived, it looked so much like KFC's.. hmm.... Ah Bee was like, " of course Original Chicken mah, what'd you expect!" I was indirectly cheated..
I had this sickness if I eat the latter..I would feel sick and vomit everything . I reckon that it is too oily. Because I have "experimented" my body system a few times and it was proven.
But-kan, the Original Chicken at BBQ Chicken proved me otherwise. Very delicious and crispy. Found out they used virgin olive oil.... Ahhh no wonder I felt very much healthy after eating the chicken. I think it's all because while I was eating i was reading their write-up on the goodness of olive oil..
"The beneficial health effects of olive oil are due to both its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids and its high content of antioxidative substances. Studies have shown that olive oil offers protection against heart disease by controlling LDL ("bad") cholesterol levels while raising HDL (the "good" cholesterol) levels. (1-3) No other naturally produced oil has as large an amount of monounsaturated as olive oil -mainly oleic acid.
Olive oil is very well tolerated by the stomach. In fact, olive oil's protective function has a beneficial effect on ulcers and gastritis. Olive oil activates the secretion of bile and pancreatic hormones much more naturally than prescribed drugs. Consequently, it lowers the incidence of gallstone formation."
Before I went to watch the movie, galrens kept telling me that the actor's GORGEOUS! HANSOME! CUTE! and whatsoever... And so we went. Initially, I dun find anything amazing about this guy. I thought he was too fair. I kept wondering whether he is wearing too much powder on his face or it's natural? Or maybe the make up artist deliberately did that as he was supposed to come from a "non-blood sucking" family so which is why he had to look bloodless??!! I dunno..
But as the movie went by... I realised his eyes were soo name-calling.. Nurul! Nurul!!
Almost got hypnotized by him.. hehehe.. And yes there were certain parts on the movie that I thought he looked charming.. hmm..
The movie looks like it is about a love story between a human and a vampire. The introduction of the actors was quite long and draggy. Guess I was self-entertained by his eyes. And the "fighting" part was a very short one. But the way the girl was attacked by the bad vampire was ruthless. Broke her leg.. OUCH!!!
There were certain vampire humor in it. Bee thought it was the most boring movie he ever watched. And I doubt he's gonna watch the rest...
Still, I dun regret not watching his chosen movie BOLT!!! ???
By the way, I am soo looking forward to the second date tonight.. Heee! Dunno why but quite excited about it It's our first ever........
Gotta charge the cammie!!
