Heelpp(Less)

Wokay.. I can't move my left hand. I mean I canNOT raise it from my waist above. I started to feel the pain at work in the morning and now the pain has worsened... I tried to massage it on my own with some ointment that Mak gave me. Anyone has a remedy. I feel so helpless.... So painful... If by Thursday, this pain is still here, I am just gonna give myself an excuse and take a jab at the doctor. Arghhh... Shit has to happened nearing the 12th..

Duh!!! But if anyone very very very nice and has a remedy or anything... please do inform me.
