To shorten a loooOoong story, we had a staff meeting in the morning and had to debate over certain issues which are obviously too senseless to debate over but had to due to the dissatisfaction of that somebody. And we won the debate..Like PCK said.. use your blain.. use your blain...
These are just the certain issues at workplace that I have faced. Dealing with people's strange behaviour. Workplace politics.. everywhere exists!! isn't it? As if it's not enuff dealing with customers' issues.
It has been a loong rollercoaster ride for me... I never intend to stay that loong. It was too much of a coincidence. Along the way, I have met a lot of people in different walks of life. Adn being in this line, I have experience the "first times" and personal experiences are just too much and overwhelming. There are times of happiness and sadness.
I remembered a long time ago.. A friend asked, "kau nak kerja apa?" My reply was.. I wanted something.. not too much standing.. not too much sitting.. no one to disturbed me and my work.. And she said.. " I think u should work in the library." True to her words.. It happened.. And I am stuck till now. I wanted to resign years ago.. but never did..
Today marked the fourth year of surviving in the workplace.. And currently i am pretty happy and satisfied at where I am now.. I am happy that I have great colleagues with the exception of the "troublemaker" and a very nice R.O & Manager.
I cannot promise that I am there to stay... Definitely, I am just enjoying each and every moment at work ryte now.. Unless.. the troublemaker have to create more unwanted trouble lar and I have reached the maximum patience...
