Customer can be your foe or a friend.

Customer can be the one that can brings your mood down or can lightened up your day.

Today, i gave a service to an indonesian lady. She was the nicest customer in my years being in service industry. And I wished thousands of my customers are like her.. okay i dun say the thers are bad... Out of 10.. 2 SUX big tyme.. So not that bad lahh...

Wat happened today was, she had a problem with her account and when i managed to solve her problem, she said this one sentence that makes my day..."Nurul, you are god-send.. thank you"

How's that?? it was the very first tyme anyone appreciate wat i do.. oh another thing was my librarian said one of the manager compliment the notice board at the level 1. I was very happy...

Maybe no one gave me compliment card... Maybe no one appreciate the stress I went through... But then again... these people makes my day today.. and i guess even with my terrible headache now, i hope all's well ends well... If God willing....

Oh about my annoying kepala, i dun have any respect for her Anymore!!! Well she doesn't deserve it anyway!! She's an annoying basket that is totally full of shit.... whih i think it's a waste of time to talk to her because she thought she is that great that she can insult me...Haizzz...... WHY AM I SURROUNDED WITH these MONKEYS??? ARGGHHHHHH!!!!!
