What do you think of a person who speak to the other person on a handphone.. as if.. shouting to the person across a road... Irritating kan....

Yesterday board the bus after my nyte shift @ 9 plus.. While listening the Pod-dy, someone all of a sudden SHOUT hello!!! And it turned out this guy was talking on his hanfon... Okay he wasnt talking.. he was shouting... Alamaks.. Irritating nak mampusss!!!! Must be the volume of the phone spoil or something.. Shessshhhh
